Shipping Policy

At Piedmont Technical Sales, we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping expectations on each product page. Whenever possible, we list estimated lead times based on our latest information from suppliers and in-house inventory status.

Product Availability & Timeline Updates

While we do our best to keep product availability accurate, please note that availability and lead times can change quickly due to manufacturing schedules, supply chain delays, or demand spikes.

After you place your order, our team will follow up to confirm availability and shipping timelines. If an item is on backorder or if there is a significant change to the expected ship date, we’ll notify you promptly and work with you to find the best solution.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via UPS Ground from our office in Charlotte, North Carolina by default.
  • If you select an expedited shipping method at checkout, we will prioritize and ship your order accordingly.
  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

If your order is time-sensitive or requires special handling, we strongly encourage you to call us directly at (704) 519-4661 before or immediately after placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Other Notes

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • We do not currently ship internationally through the website. Please call for special arrangements.
