DESTACO CH Series cylindrical horizontal compliance devices allow robotic tooling to shift laterally and compensate for part-positioning errors during insertion, loading, and assembly. Their enclosed construction supports demanding industrial environments, while optional spring-assist configurations can center or release the tooling and support single-acting operation.

Across the CH-50 through CH-165 models, maximum payloads range from 2 to 40 kg (4.4 to 88.2 lb), with misalignment capacity ranging from ±3 to ±12 mm. Select the appropriate model by payload, centering force, allowable displacement, repeatability, air pressure, mounting requirements, and operating environment. A compliance device improves alignment but does not replace the tool-changing interface itself.
