Collection: Manual Tool Changers

DESTACO TC1 Series manual tool changers provide a compact, operator-controlled interface for changing end-of-arm tools on cobots and light robotic systems. The system separates into a robot plate and tool plate, allowing tooling to be exchanged without removing the robot-side mounting hardware. Available configurations include application-specific blank plates, ISO 9409-1 mounting, and DirectConnect mounting for compatible DESTACO Robohand products.

The TC1 Series supports payloads up to 10 kg (22 lb) with repeatability of ±0.025 mm (±0.001 in). Optional 8-pin M8 electrical pass-through and PNP or NPN sensing modules can carry signals and support tool-status detection. Confirm the compatible robot plate, tool plate, mounting pattern, and required electrical or sensing accessories before ordering.
