The DESTACO Robohand RPC-368M is a metric, three-jaw pneumatic parallel gripper engineered for self-centering and securely handling large or heavy round components. As the largest model in the high-force RPC Series, it provides 13,345 N (3,000 lbf) of total rated grip force at 100 psi and 34.9 mm (1.38 in) of total jaw stroke.
The RPC-368M uses standard Buna-N seals with a published operating temperature range of -35°C to 80°C (-30°F to 180°F). Its three synchronized jaws help center the workpiece during gripping, making it particularly useful for machine tending, lathe applications, automated part loading and other operations involving round components.

The RPC-368M-V Viton-seal version is currently in stock at Piedmont Technical Sales and ready for immediate shipment. It uses the same metric RPC-368 gripper platform and shares the standard model’s mounting dimensions, grip force, stroke, operating-pressure range and load capacities.
The difference is the seal material: the RPC-368M uses Buna-N seals, while the RPC-368M-V uses Viton seals rated for temperatures up to 150°C (300°F). Where Viton is compatible with the application, the RPC-368M-V can be used in place of the standard RPC-368M without changing the gripper’s mechanical fit or published performance.
